The St. Louis Regional Chamber paid President and CEO Joe Reagan $616,825 in 2012, the nonprofit organization’s Form 990 shows. That included a $325,179 base salary and $175,000 in bonuses. Reagan in 2011 made $302,111 as CEO of Greater Louisville, his previous employer.
The tax filing also shows that the Regional Chamber has continued to pay former President and CEO Dick Fleming even after his 2011 retirement.The Regional Chamber gave him $558,985 in “other reportable compensation” in 2012.
Fleming walked away with more than $2 million when he retired in 2011, including money from a multi-year deferred payment program. Other executives receiving compensation in 2012 included Beverly Estes, executive vice president and COO, who made $266,893; the senior vice president of public policy, who made $257,622; and the vice president for business recruitment, who made $219,327.
