UM System Fills New Position Overseeing Economic Development

The University of Missouri System has filled the newly created post of executive vice president for academic affairs. Henry “Hank” Foley, currently vice president for research and dean of the graduate school at Pennsylvania State University, will lead the UM System’s strategic planning efforts and academic programs, promote economic development, and boost research collaborations and funding. He’ll also lead the system’s institutional research.
