St. Louis Blues Name New President

Chris Zimmerman, a sports manufacturing company president, has been named as the president and CEO of business operations for the St. Louis Blues. Bruce Affleck, most recently the chief operating officer for the Blues, will now serve as executive vice president of the team. In that role, he’ll work to build “enhanced” relationships with key St. Louis companies, according to a statement from the team.

Zimmerman was president and CEO of NHL’s Vancouver Canucks before becoming president of Easton Sports, a manufacturer and supplier of sports equipment for baseball, softball and hockey.
