Boeing’s Phantom Works Ventures announces leadership change

Tim Noonan, vice president of Boeing’s Phantom Works Ventures, is now vice president of Boeing’s Training Systems and Government Services (TSGS), replacing Bob Gower, who retired this month after 30 years working for the company.

TSGS is attached to Boeing’s Global Services & Support division, which delivers technique training, infrastructure support and logistics services to global consumers. There are more than 2,200 employees at six major TSGS sites.
