Kansas City’s Boulevard Brewing announced Monday that it will toasting the hometown team’s World Series win with a fresh batch of Crown Town Ale.

Boulevard says it will have a new batch of the limited-release beer by mid-December.

The golden ale was first released in 2014 as a tribute to the Royals’ surprising run to the World Series, which they lost in seven games to the San Francisco Giants.

Boulevard said it expects higher demand this year because the Royals won the World Series, finishing off the New York Mets in five games.
