Concordance Healthcare Solutions, one of the St. Louis region’s largest private companies, is buying a West Coast medical supply firm.
Concordance has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Rockwell Medical Supply, which is based in Southern California. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Concordance was formed last year with the merger of three medical distribution firms: Earth City-based MMS – A Medical Supply Co.; Sioux Falls, South Dakota-based Kreisers Inc.; and Tiffin, Ohio-based Seneca Medical. The combined company has about $1.4 billion in annual sales.
With the acquisition of Rockwell, Concordance will expand its presence on the West Coast.
