A Columbia-based medical products company is making its first foray into consumer-facing dental products.
NovaShine recently released a teeth whitening kit consisting of an LED mouthpiece and a gel the company says produces “maximum results” and prevents tooth sensitivity.
NovaShine is a owned by Nanova Biomaterials, a Columbia-based company founded in 2007 by University of Missouri professors. Nanova has developed multiple medical products.
“We’ve always wanted to develop products that are beneficial to people’s life,” Nanova CEO Hao Li said in a release. “We will continue researching and developing new products under the brand NovaShine for consumers.”
