The Warby Parker eyewear brand is entering the St. Louis market with a new store opening in the Central West End on Saturday.
The retailer, which started as an e-commerce brand before expanding into brick-and-mortar stores, occupies a space that formerly housed Kit and Ace, the technical apparel company that closed all its U.S. stores this year.
Warby Parker’s new store has library-themed decor with brass detailing, book displays and a marble reference desk. The St. Louis store also features artwork from St. Louis native William LaChance.
As part of the grand opening, Warby Parker will sell limited-edition Topper sunglasses in Crystal with Milky Gold lenses that are only available at the St. Louis store.
