Enterprise Rent-A-Car founder Jack Taylor topped the list of richest Missourians with a net worth of $12.5 billion. Taylor was listed at 92nd on the overall list.
Stan Kroenke, the St. Louis Rams owner and real estate developer, ranked 225th with a net worth of $6.3 billion. His wife and Wal-Mart heiress Ann Walton Kroenke checked in at No. 265 with a net worth of $5.6 billion.
Cargill heiress and St. Louis resident Pauline MacMillan Keinath was 254th with a net worth of $5.8 billion.
John Morris, the founder of Bass Pro Shops, brought a Springfield presence to the list. He was No. 405 with a net worth of $4.1 billion.
Garmin Ltd. co-founder Min Kao was the top Kansas City-area billionaire on the list, ranking 603rd with a net worth of $3 billion. Kao’s Garmin co-founder, Gary Burrell, tied for No. 1,006 with a net worth of $1.9 billion.
Cerner Corp. chairman and CEO Neal Patterson also had a net worth of $1.9 billion to tie for No. 1,006. Hallmark Cards Inc. Chairman Donald Hall tied for No. 1,415 with a net worth of $1.3 billion.
Cerner co-founder Cliff Illig was the last Missourian on the list, ranked No. 1,605 with a net worth of $1.2 billion.
Jack Dorsey, the Twitter and Square co-founder who was born and raised in St. Louis but now resides in San Francisco, also made the list, ranking 690th with a net worth of $2.7 billion.
There were 1,826 billionaires on its list this year, up from 1,645 in 2014.
