Stadia Ventures, a St. Louis-based accelerator and investment fund focused on sports startups, recently celebrated another acquisition.
Upgraded, a ticketing technology startup that participated in Stadia’s fall 2017 class, was acquired last week by Ticketmaster.
Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
It marks the third sale of a company in which Stadia has invested, following the 2016 sale of Winning Identity, a golf software startup, and the April acquisition of Fishidy, which makes fishing software.
Stadia has invested in 30 startups since 2015.
