Missouri Business Alert regularly tells the stories of entrepreneurs — that is, the people starting and growing businesses in the state.

During the COVID-19 pandemic, everyone has experienced disruptions.

Those entrepreneurs are no exception.

On Thursday at noon, we are convening a virtual panel to discuss common issues entrepreneurs are facing during the pandemic, the resources and support available to them and what communities can do to help vulnerable businesses.

The panelists include representatives of organizations dedicated to helping people start and grow businesses in Missouri. They include:

  • Alexces Bartley, Director/Network Builder at MoSourceLink
  • Paige Oxendine, Program Coordinator at efactory
  • Dr. Cheryl Watkins-Moore, Director of the STEM Entrepreneur Inclusion Initiative at BioSTL
  • Jessie Yankee, Director at Missouri Women’s Business Center
