IT staffing firm Chameleon Integrated Services has received a $300,000 investment from Regional Growth Capital, previously known as Saint Louis Business Development Fund.

Chameleon plans to move into the new office space, at 3207 Washington Ave., in early 2013. The roughly 24,000-square-foot building will house offices and a training center. Chameleon leases its parking lot space to Urban Chestnut Brewing Co, which is located next door and has opened a beer garden.

Regional Growth Capital, where Rick Palank is president and CEO, is owned by 28 St. Louis area banks, the St. Louis County Economic Council, St. Louis Development Corp., and the Economic Development Center of St. Charles County and provides bridge financing for organic growth, acquisitions or recapitalizations.
