Innovation Center Unveils Entrepreneur Mentor Program

A public-private effort led by the University of Missouri-Kansas City Innovation Center rolled out Digital Sandbox KC, aimed at developing high-technology companies in the region. Targeted categories are: data center and cloud operations, data analytics, mobile applications, and data security. Cerner Corp., Sprint Nextel Corp., Hallmark Cards Inc., UMB Bank and VML were among the slew of businesses that have signed on to the mentor program.
