Friday Marks Deadline For $50,000 Startup Fund

Friday is the last day for startups to submit their online applications for the latest round of the Capital Innovators programs, which offers $50,000 of seed funding to about five entrepreneurs twice a year. Matt Menietti, director opeartions for Capital Innovators, said applications will be accepted until midnight and can be completed in a couple of hours.

Capital Innovators has put 24 St. Louis startups through its program so far, and the competition for those spots has been intense. Menietti said there should be between 100 and 200 applications for this round.
