St. Louis, SBA team up to help immigrant entreprenurs

St. Louis Mayor Francis Slay and U.S. Small Business Administration Administrator Maria Contreras-Sweet have agreed to a partnership aimed at boosting businesses in the St. Louis area founded by immigrant entrepreneurs.

Contreras-Sweet called the partnership a “shining example for others to follow.”

Slay said the alliance would help St. Louis, with its central location, remain competitive with coastal cities in the global economy.
