Sprint’s Pinsight Media+ has teamed up with Digital Sandbox KC to help startups with project funding and app development resources.
Pinsight is the Sprint Corp. subsidiary involved in the Sprint Accelerator. Sprint has revamped the startup accelerator to target more developed startups, specifically those with products, revenues and customers.
Digital Sandbox, the tech-focused proof-of-concept program, was an ideal fit for Pinsight, said Brooke Bobe, head of Pinsight’s business development on the West Coast. Both are looking at earlier stage companies, and both are focused on new tech innovation in Kansas City.
The new relationship with Digital Sandbox complements one of Pinsight’s existing initiatives, the Rollout program, which offers free app development and app monetization solutions for founders of high-growth consumer-facing products.
