ConnectForLunch helps Chamber members get to know each other and their businesses in a format that provides time to build the trust and confidence that leads to referrals and new customers. The program arranges face-to-face lunch meetings for you — as often as each week.

StartLouis is a grassroots community of bootstrappers, solopreneurs, and startup enthusiasts in St. Louis, Missouri. Our mission is to bring St. Louis entrepreneurs together for learning and collaboration.

Our monthly meetup event features a presentation and Q&A session with an accomplished St. Louis CEO, plus a short talk from one of our own members. All are welcome, free of charge!

St. Charles Real Estate Investors Association: Monthly Meeting/Open Discussion

7 p.m. at Grappa Grill (1644 Country Club Plaza, St. Charles)

We meet the second Tuesday of every month. Mark your calendars. Members have asked to have more networking time and open discussion time so that is what we are doing. Suggestions are always welcomed. Just ask for the Real Estate Group when you get there. There is no charge for the meeting but we do ask that everyone patronize the restaurant and purchase an appetizer and drink at a minimum so we are welcomed back each week.

Rogers, an established entrepreneur, will provide the vision and inspiration behind the success of her Kansas City-based company, which she has evolved into its current expansion as a digital content creation and experiential design and marketing services firm that is nationally recognized as a creative services powerhouse. Nguyen will share some of the lessons she has learned in launching Handprint, a 3D-printing software company that is the winner and current resident of the Brad Feld Fiberhouse.

Apprentice Training: Mastering Twitter

This is a two-day course that will teach you the Advanced Techniques of using social media and the telephone to sell and recruit from the comfort of your home or office. This course will be a hands-on course that will teach you through the use of your social media pages how to send messages, respond to inquiries, convert those inquiries to a phone conversation and then to a sale or recruit.
