Business Performance: Measure, Manage, and Succeed

This program teaches a nine-step process that ultimately identifies the factors most critical to your success, creates a balanced set of measures for these factors, and explains how to use those measures to manage your business. This approach is also known as a Balanced Scorecard. Scorecards are being used by many top-performing businesses but are sometimes dismissed as being too hard to develop, too complicated, or only for large corporations.
