On motion to proceed with consideration of Senate Joint Resolution 37, a set of emissions standards submitted by the Environmental Protection Agency regulating mercury and other toxins. The president of the Missouri Chamber of Commerce urged the state’s senators to block the regulations from passing, as previously reported.
