First day of Missouri candidate filing yields a few surprises

More than 330 Missouri candidates turned out Tuesday to officially file to run for governor, U.S. Senate and other elected positions.

Candidate filing kicked off Tuesday morning at the Secretary of State’s office in Jefferson City and will run through March 29.
