St. Louis engineering firm Roeslein acquires Polish company MCS Technology

Roeslein & Associates, a St. Louis-based engineering and construction firm, has acquired MCS Technology, a fabrication and construction company based in Poland, Roeslein announced Friday in a press release.

It’s the firm’s second acquisition of 2018, following the January purchase of California-based Pride Conveyance Systems, and it marks another step in what the company calls an “ongoing regional expansion.”

MCS will become Roeslein & Associates Poland, and all 60 of its employees will become Roeslein employees, according to the release.

Jerzy Sroka and Tomasz Czechowski, who founded MCS in 2015, will transition into leadership roles for Roeslein Poland.

Terms of the acquisition were not announced.

Roeslein has been a customer of MCS for several years, according to the release.
