Bardavon Health raises $15 million for nationwide rollout

Bardavon Health Innovations, a health data and analytics company based in Overland Park, Kansas, has secured $15 million in new funding from NewRoad Capital Partners, an investment firm based in Rogers, Arkansas.

Bardavon, which was founded in 2014 and currently operates in 21 states, plans to use the new funding to expand into “every community in the country,” according to a press release.

The funding comes as companies take a more proactive approach to providing health care for their employees, Bardavon founder and CEO Matthew Condon said in the release, citing the example of Amazon, JPMorgan Chase and Berkshire Hathaway teaming up to tackle health care.

“Our national expansion is coming at a time when employers across the country are recognizing that they must play a lead role in the transformation of healthcare,” Condon said.
