Dozens of Missouri Arby’s restaurants sold to new franchise operator

More than 70 Arby’s restaurants in Missouri will change hands as part of the sale of 368 restaurants across the country to a subsidiary of Flynn Restaurant Group.

San Francisco-based Flynn announced Wednesday that its RB American Group is buying the Arby’s stores from United States Beef Corp., a restaurant group based in Tulsa, Oklahoma.

Terms of the deal were not disclosed, but Flynn said the restaurants will add $400 million in annual sales to revenue that already totals $1.9 billion.

Flynn owns and operates 1,245 restaurants in 33 states, according to the announcement, including Applebee’s, Panera Bread and Taco Bell franchises.
