Bandura Cyber raises $10 million

Bandura Cyber, a cybersecurity startup founded in Lake St. Louis, raised $10 million in a Series A funding round, the company announced Wednesday.

Tenfore Holdings, a New York venture capital firm, was lead investor in the round which included Cultivation Capital of St. Louis.

The funds will be used to boost sales and marketing efforts, the company said.

“We are grateful for the support of our investors and the opportunity to deliver the power of automated threat intelligence to organizations of all sizes to block known threats at massive scale,” Bandura CEO Chris Fedde said in a press release.

Founded in Lake St. Louis in 2013, Bandura has moved its headquarters to Columbia, Maryland. It still maintains a presence in Lake St. Louis.

Last summer, Bandura raised $4 million in another Series A round, according to securities filings. In March 2018, the company closed a $3.5 million seed funding round.
