Vince & Associates Gets $10M Research Contract

KANSAS CITY — Vince & Associates Clinical Research has received a contract worth almost $10 million to research development of new medications to treat substance abuse.

The Overland Park contract research organization on Tuesday announced the five-year, $9.7 million award from the National Institute of Drug Abuse, a part of the National Institutes of Health.

“Our organization will research investigational medications to include new chemical entities, new biological products such as monoclonal antibodies, enzymes and vaccines, as well as already approved drug products,” Dr. Brad Vince, the company’s president and medical director, said in a release.
