Kansas City is home to 376,776 white-collar jobs, according to a new analysis.
Those management, business, science and arts occupations account for nearly 38 percent of the metro area’s total jobs, putting Kansas City at No. 81 nationwide in terms of its proportion of white-collar jobs.
It’s second in Missouri, coming in behind Columbia’s 42 percent and ahead of St. Louis’ 36 percent. Columbia holds the University of Missouri. Read more on Kansas City Business Journal.
