Leonardo J. Lozada has been hired as the new chief physician executive for the 11 hospitals of the St. Luke’s Health System.
A medical doctor who also holds an MBA, Lozada will join the Kansas City-based system on Nov. 12, succeeding George Pagels, who announced his retirement.
Lozada comes to St. Luke’s from Riverside Methodist Hospital in Columbus, Ohio, where he is chief medical officer and senior vice president of medical affairs. His medical specialty is neuroanesthesiology. Read more on the Kansas City Star.
