The U.S. Small Business Administration, the Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis, Mo., and the National Small Business Association will jointly host an Export Matchmaker Trade Fair – Missouri Edition – on October 22. More than 120 people from 16 states and four countries are expected to participate. Half of the attendees are from the St. Louis metropolitan area.

The event will feature workshops on international trade topics that will help business owners learn how to export, expand their operations and create jobs.  There also will be a matchmaking trade show to help small business manufacturers match up with Export Management Companies and Trading Companies specializing in exporting U.S. goods and services.

Although the event takes place in St. Louis, the SBA encourages businesses from throughout the U.S., and the Midwest in particular, to participate.
