St. Louis Construction Firm President Files For Bankruptcy

Thomas Helmkampf, who has been president of Helmkampf Construction in Olivette for 21 years, filed for bankruptcy.In the Chapter 11 bankruptcy filed in St. Louis on Friday, Helmkampf, who lives in Creve Coeur, listed $17.6 million in liabilities and $2.5 million in assets.
