St. Louis Metro Engineering Firm Loses COO

Ryan Bogan has resigned as chief operating officer for LMI Aerospace Inc., The St. Charles-based company said it will evaluate its existing organizational structure and consider adding additional senior management in order to manage the growth it predicts next year.

The public company provides design engineering services and supplier of structural assemblies, kits and components to the aerospace, defense and technology markets and reported third-quarter net income of $5.6 million on net sales of $70.6 million.
