UM System Considering Tuition Hikes At Four Campuses

The UM System Board of Curators will discuss the system’s budget outlook for the next fiscal year Thursday and Friday at the University of Missouri-St. Louis.

Curators will not vote but will hear proposals to increase some tuition rates and course fees based on a model that plans for no change in state support. Curators will hear presentations on designs and estimated costs for building projects and on cost reductions and increased revenue in the system budget totaling about $80 million.
