Renewable Energy Advocates File Complaint Against Ameren

Renew Missouri and several other environmental and solar groups complained to the Missouri Public Service Commission that Ameren Missouri is violating the state’s renewable energy law, and Ameren is strongly denying the claims. The law, approved by voters as Proposition C in 2008, requires the use of renewable energy for an increasing fraction of electricity sales by investor-owned utilities.
