Reliv International Inc. reported a net income of $1.4 million in its fiscal year ended Dec. 31, up 30 percent from fiscal 2011.
The sales of the nutrition supplement producer decreased by 7 percent, mainly due to a decrease in sales in the US. The drop in US sales was offset by sales to foreign markets, especially Europe, where net sales increased by 73 percent.
Company officials announced Wednesday that Reliv has implemented a new pricing structure. The Chesterfield-based company sells its products through an international network marketing system of independent distributors in 15 countries.
