Integrity, a St. Louis-based web design and app development shop founded in 2001, has experienced substantial growth in the last four years. And that growth is showing no signs of slowing in 2013.
The firm has ballooned from six employees in 2009 to 40 employees today, and Integrity’s chief creative officer Ed Morrissey said he expects that number to reach 50 by year’s end. To accommodate its growing team, Integrity is working on a 5,000-square-foot addition that would double the size of its Delmar Loop offices.
Integrity does not share revenue figures, but the company has doubled revenue each year for the last four years. Its business now is about 50 percent retainer service work and 50 percent project-based, with clients ranging in size from corporate giants like MillerCoors down to local startups like BonFyre and Aisle411.
