Raytown Could Be Next KC Community To Get Google Fiber

Raytown has reached a tentative agreement with Google Fiber to bring the ultra-high-speed internet and TV service to residents of the Kansas City-area community. An official vote on the arrangement could come later this month.

The Raytown news comes on the heels of an announcement that the city council in Shawnee, another Kansas City suburb, has unanimously endorsed the idea of bringing Google Fiber to town.
