Tallgrass Energy Announces $274 Million IPO

Tallgrass Energy has announced a plan for an initial public stock offering valued at $274 million or more. The IPO involves the sale of 13 million units of common stock for between $21 and $23 per share. Tallgrass, an Overland Park, Kan.-based energy company, plans to use the majority of proceeds to pay down debt.
