Centene Extends CEO Neidorff’s Contract Through 2017

St. Louis-based managed care provider Centene has extended its employment agreement with Michael Neidorff, chairman, president and CEO, for another three years.

The original agreement was set to expire in 2014, but the board of directors agreed to extend Neidorff’s deal through the end of 2017. As part of the amendment, Neidorff is set to receive 30,000 restricted stock units of the company’s common stock.
