Anheuser-Busch InBev has completed its $20.1 billion acquisition of Mexican brewer Grupo Modelo. The purchase of the brewer that makes Corona gives A-B InBev a fourth global brand to complement Budweiser, Stella and Beck’s, and it marks the end of a long-awaited merger that involved a tussle with U.S. antitrust regulators.

Belgium-based A-B InBev announced last June its plan to purchase the half of Modelo that it didn’t already own. But but the companies had to restructure the deal to allay Department of Justice concerns over the loss of a major competitor in the U.S. beer market.

Under the modified merger agreement, Constellation Brands of Victor, N.Y. will acquire the Corona license for the U.S. market and a Mexican brewery on the border.
