Express Scripts Plans To Hire 1,500 For St. Louis County Expansion

Express Scripts Holding intends to add 1,500 jobs over the next five years in a new building on its St. Louis County campus just east of the airport. The pharmacy benefit manager plans to spend $56 million to expand its office space to keep pace with its rapid growth, but says the deal hinges on state and local tax incentives. An economic development leader said the St. Louis County will be asked next week to approve its standard package of tax breaks on property and real estate and a sales tax break on building materials.
