Anheuser-Busch on Tuesday opened the gates to the newest attraction at its St. Louis Brewery and Tour Center: The Biergarten, an outdoor bar that will provide visitors with the opportunity to enjoy A-B beers in a classic German-style setting.
Guests will enjoy complimentary access to The Biergarten any time during the tour center’s operating hours, and will have the opportunity to learn about A-B beers from the company’s employees, according to a release. Adults will also be able to participate in a daily tasting at 3 p.m., the same time A-B brewmasters around the country sample their beer for quality.
The Biergarten can accommodate 275 guests. It has 17 A-B InBev beers on tap and, eventually, will offer a food menu featuring small plates and other light fare.
“For more than 125 years, we’ve opened our doors and given visitors an in-depth look into the passion and precision that go into making our world-famous beers,” Peter Kraemer, vice president of supply and head brewmaster for Anheuser-Busch, said in a statement. “The Biergarten will help continue that tradition by giving guests an unforgettable opportunity to participate in time-honored traditions and enjoy our beers in a beautiful space.”
