Springfield, St. Louis Technology Firms Merge

ServiceWorld Computer Center of Springfield is merging with TSI, a technology company that specializes in voice and data applications and system design whose clients include the St. Louis Cardinals, Drury University and Nixa. The new business will be called TSI Technology Solutions LLC and have 145 employees. Doug Pitt, ServiceWorld’s owner, and Robert Bray, the owner of TSI, will both have ownership in the combined entity. Bray will remain as president. Both men will serve on the board of directors. Pitt will continue to oversee operations in Springfield and work on larger development projects for the company. Pitt and Bray opened a joint company called TSI Integrated Services in 2011.
