Investment Group To Convert KC Hotel As Part Of Nationwide Rebranding

Noble Investment Group has acquired the Q Hotel + Spa in Kansas City and will soon convert it to one of the first U.S. hotels under AC Hotels by Marriott, a brand partner of Atlanta-based Noble.

The brand has 79 hotels throughout Spain, Italy, Portugal and France, but it has been looking to expand into the United States. The group has said its will focus first on the top 15 travel markets and that it plans to have 300 AC Hotels across its entire portfolio within 10 years.

The conversion of the Kansas City hotel will add contemporary, European-inspired design and new technology to the 123-room facility.
