Overland Park Shopping Center Sold For $27 Million

Overland Crossing, a shopping center in Overland Park, Kan., is changing hands in a deal worth $27.4 million.

A special-purpose entity arranged by GDA Real Estate Services of Greenwood Village, Colo., bought the 175,000-square-foot facility from Milwaukee-based Continental Properties. HFF Inc., based in Chicago, marketed the property.

Overland Crossing sits on about 20 acres in one of the Kansas City area’s busiest retail corridors. Burlington Coat Factory, Golfsmith and OfficeMax are the shopping center’s anchor tenants.
