A-B InBev, Teamsters Leadership Agree On Contract

Anheuser-Busch InBev and the International Brotherhood of Teamsters have reached a tentative agreement for a new five year-contract that must now be ratified by union members. This is the first contract InBev has negotiated with the Teamsters since it closed on the purchase of Anheuser-Busch in 2008, and the bargaining took five months. The Teamsters are the brewer’s largest U.S. union. The contract covers employees at A-B InBev’s 12 U.S. breweries, including the one in St. Louis.
