Five Missouri Companies Among ‘Elite 100’ Innovators

Five Missouri companies were named to InformationWeek’s Elite 100 list, which has ranked top innovators in business technology for the past 26 years.

North Kansas City-based Cerner Corp. is No. 46 on the list, followed by a trio of St. Louis-area companies: Arch Coal Inc. (No. 64), Energizer Holdings Inc. (No. 79) and Scottrade Inc. (No. 83). Kansas City-based Lockton Companies rounds out the Missouri contingent on the list at No. 100.

Eight factors went into the rankings: analytics, customer experience, business agility, collaboration, tech-enabled new product, productivity, sales force performance and mobility.
