Aisle411, a St. Louis company that provides in-store maps for retail and grocery chains, has hired Dante Cannarozzi as its first chief technology officer. Previously, Cannarozzi worked as a lead systems analyst for Reinsurance Group of America. Nathan Pettyjohn, aisle411’s co-founder and CEO, said Cannarozzi will work closely with engineers to scale the company’s platform at a rapid pace. The company now provides location-based services for approximately 12,500 retail locations, including Walgreens, Home Depot and Schnucks, with thousands more expected before the end of the year. Aisle411 has raised more than $10 million since being founded in 2008.
