Mercy Hospitals Cutting 220 Positions In Restructure

St. Louis-based Mercy Hospitals will eliminate 220 positions. | Courtesy of Creative Commons

Mercy hospitals will eliminate 220 positions, including 125 in the St. Louis region, as part of a restructuring outlined earlier this month. The eliminated jobs are not related to patient care.

The Chesterfield-based health care system employs 40,000 with hospitals in Missouri, Arkansas, Kansas and Oklahoma.
