True Media buys new St. Louis-area office, plans to triple local workforce

True Media, a Columbia-based communications firm, is moving its St. Louis office from Chesterfield to Maryland Heights as part of a plan to triple the size of its St. Louis staff in the next three to five years.

True Media president Jack Miller said the company, which currently employs 25 in Chesterfield, bought a 15,000-square-foot building listed at $1.39 million. True Media has about 80 employees across all its locations, which include offices in Columbia and Calgary, Alberta.

In 2013, Inc. Magazine ranked True Media as one of the nation’s fastest growing privately held companies with 153 percent three-year growth.
