A-B InBev wins another round in Katz’s gender discrimination lawsuit

A St. Louis circuit judge denied Francine Katz’s motion for a new trial in her gender discrimination case against Anheuser-Busch InBev. A lawyer representing the former top executive said defense lawyers misstated the laws at stake in the trial, which ended in May with a 9-3 decision in favor of A-B InBev. Katz can still petition the Missouri Court of Appeals for a new trial.
