Health care provider Nurses To Go acquired by Texas company

Nurses To Go, a St. Louis-based home health care provider, has been acquired by Dallas-based Epic Health Services. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Nurses To Go, which was founded in 2002 by Shawn and Saaid Khojasteh, has about 260 employees across four offices in the St. Louis area. The company recorded revenue of about $10 million in 2013.

Epic has 8,000 employees and 35 branches in six states, but this is its first foray into Missouri. Shawn Khojasteh said the company plans to add staff as it expands throughout the state.
